After payment or confirmation (for cash on delivery orders), you’ll receive an order confirmation message or email with all the details.
Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select during checkout. Customers in major towns may receive their orders faster, while deliveries to upcountry areas might take a little longer. You’ll be updated via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS or email. You can use this number on our “Track My Order” page to check the real-time status of your delivery. This way, you can know exactly where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order, but only if it hasn’t yet been processed for shipping. We recommend reaching out to our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, it can’t be changed or canceled, but you can still make a return after receiving it.
At the moment, Touchmate delivers to all regions within Uganda through trusted courier partners. However, we are working on expanding our reach to other East African countries. Keep an eye on our announcements and updates as international delivery options will be introduced soon.
Every product page on Touchmate shows its availability in real time. If an item is in stock, you’ll see an “In Stock” label and can add it to your cart immediately.
