ORDER TRACKING

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

STEP 1

Enter Your Order ID Number

On the Touchmate website, go to the Track Order page and type in your Order ID number in the field provided. This number can be found in your order confirmation email or SMS, and it helps the system locate your exact purchase details.

STEP 2

Provide Your Email Address

In the next field, enter the email address you used when placing your order.
Make sure the spelling matches exactly as it appears in your confirmation email — this ensures the system can correctly identify your order.

STEP 3

Track Order” to View Status

Once both details are entered, click the “Track Order” button.
The website will instantly display the current status of your order, such as Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, or Delivered, along with any available tracking information.
